Author

Lorna Sixsmith is the fourth generation of Sixsmiths to farm at Garrendenny, Ireland. In 2002, Lorna swapped her Victorian townhouse in Salisbury, pensionable teaching job and good holidays to return to her Irish roots. Lorna now combines motherhood with two passions, farming and writing. Her books include Would You Marry a Farmer?, How to be a Perfect Farm Wife and An Ideal Farm Husband. Lorna’s most tranquil moments are spent ambling behind a herd of black and white cows along the country lanes in and around her family farm.
